PARA-ZYME

Para-Zyme is a natural enzyme based agent containing colloidal suspension used for oil wells restoration and removal of petroleum based deposits in pipelines and petroleum tanks.

Para-Zyme penetrates and breaks up such residues as paraffin, asphaltenes, scale, resins and minerals that typically deposit on the walls of oil well tubing, restricting oil and gas flow. The colloidal suspension agents in Para-Zyme prevent re-deposition of these materials during the "soak" cycle, keeping the loosened material in fluid suspension until the well or tank is flushed.

USES OF PARA-ZYME

Para-Zyme is a natural, safe, non-toxic and non bacterial agent to remove of oil pipe depositions. The cost of Para-Zyme application represents a fraction of the costs of alternate operations, such as acids, solvents, hot oil treatments and mechanical pigging historically utilized for restoration of oil production. Para-Zyme represents a major technological breakthrough for the oil producer, allowing for easy application without the need to use complex and expensive equipment.

Para-Zyme also presents an effective method for the removal of petroleum based deposits, the cleaning of pipelines, oil storage tanks and railroad tank cars.

Para-Zyme is absolutely non-flammable and completely soluble in water and allows the use of open fire procedures with no additional precautions immediately after a Para-Zyme based cleaning operation.

In the first part of the cycle, the Para-Zyme (approx. 400 liters) is injected through the well bore with pressure settings between 55-65 psi depending on sub-surface porosity. Enough solution (ratio of 10 parts water/one part Para-Zyme) is injected to fill the well bore and push it out into the formation immediately surrounding the perforated section in the pay zone.

In the second part of the cycle, the valves are closed and the Para-Zyme solution is allowed to soak. During this soak cycle, typically 5 - 7 days, the Para-Zyme penetrates and loosens deposits and suspends them in the solution.

In the third phase, the production valve is opened rapidly and the well is flushed directly into the production system, allowing the loosened deposits to flush out of the well into the production system. Para-Zyme is completely compatible with the oil throughout the production separation and shipping system.
